Security deposit

A refundable £150 security deposit is required for each hire. The deposit will be returned following the bike box's return and inspection, subject to the hire terms and any applicable deductions for loss or damage.

• Please check availability for your intended hire dates before confirming your booking.

• Your hire price and collection, delivery or return arrangements will be confirmed with you.

• Please ensure your bike is packed securely and in accordance with the bike box manufacturer's instructions.

• The security deposit is separate from the hire fee and will be arranged as part of your booking.
